Opened a high yield savings account in minutes. Got it linked to my local CU savings account in a couple of days. Can move money in and out easily to get the much higher interest than my local CU.
A little more complex but mailed in their online form and the required documentation to set up a family trust account to get the same high yield savings rates for mom's savings as well. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone was courteous and helpful (getting the sign in figured out for the trust account was not quite straightforward) and they got me online in no time. Still a little tenuous on the online only aspect, but has been good for getting a ten times better return on my savings!

Applied over a month ago, Customer service called twice and no help. All required info sent twice. Still no response. Horrible
